Pet2Vet gives your clinic a modern digital front door: a public profile, online booking with calendar sync, verified reviews, and automated reminders, all in one place. This guide walks you through creating and configuring your clinic profile, connecting your calendar, managing services and rooms, and seeing how clients book and attend appointments. You can be live in about fifteen minutes.
Step 1: Create your Pet2Vet account
Go to the For Vets page to begin your setup.

On this page, click Test for Free to start creating your account.

Enter your information in the registration form.

Add a secure password for your account, following any password requirements shown.

Click Create Account to proceed.

Step 2: Complete the clinic onboarding flow
You will be taken to the clinic onboarding flow, where you can add all relevant clinic information such as clinic name, address, and contact details.

Choose the default slot time for your appointments (for example, 15, 20, or 30 minutes), and select the subscription plan you want to use.

When you are done, click Create Clinic and Continue.

Step 3: Customize your clinic page
Your clinic is now created, and you can customize your clinic page with information that best represents your practice.

You can add a clinic photo, write a professional bio, and choose whether to opt in for emergency care, either on a defined schedule or 24/7.

Step 4: Submit your license and registration documents
Upload your veterinary license and trade register extract for verification.

Once you submit these documents for review, the Pet2Vet team will check and approve your clinic within 1 to 2 business days.

Until your clinic is approved, your clinic booking page is visible but not bookable for customers.

Step 5: Connect your calendar and set availability
Connect your calendar so appointments automatically appear in your agenda. Pet2Vet supports Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar.
To connect to Google Calendar, click Connect, choose the Google account you want to link, and confirm the access.

After connection, scroll down to configure your working hours. You can set your regular hours, add breaks, and mark days off.

Below the availability settings, you will find your unique booking link, which leads to your clinic's booking page.

Add this booking link to the footer of your emails and to your website so customers can easily book appointments online instead of calling.
Step 6: Configure services and appointment options
Under the Service tab, you can manage what services your clinic offers.

You may use the default services provided by Pet2Vet or create your own custom services.

You can also edit existing services to better match your workflow.

For each service, you can add a short description and adjust the typical duration.

You can further limit specific services to certain times or days of the week if needed.

Step 7: Add treatment rooms
If your clinic has multiple rooms, you can add them so appointments can be assigned appropriately. To add an extra room, create additional treatment rooms under your clinic settings.

Once appointments are booked, you can assign them to the different rooms you've created.

Step 8: Invite teammates (if included in your plan)
If your subscription plan supports teammates, you can send invitations to colleagues.

Invite a teammate and assign them either an Admin or Member role, depending on the access level they need.

Each teammate can connect their own calendar, and their availability will appear on the clinic booking page alongside yours.
Step 9: Review your public booking presence
Once approved, your clinic will have a live booking page that customers can use directly.

Customers can also discover you via Find a Vet. After approval, your clinic appears on the main dashboard with its own custom clinic booking page.

On this page, customers can see your bio, verification status, emergency services, address and contact details, available services, spoken languages, and the pet types you treat. They can also see available time slots for different appointment types.

Step 10: Understand the client booking experience
To book an appointment, a user first adds a pet to their account, then selects your clinic and the desired service and time.

They can then confirm and book an appointment with you.

Once the booking is complete, the appointment is confirmed in your system.

Step 11: Manage appointments and patient documents
In your agenda, you can view upcoming appointments, choose the treatment room for each, and mark appointments as done after the visit.

You can also upload documents such as visit notes, lab results, or prescriptions. These are automatically stored in the pet's document folder in the owner's app, where they can easily access them.

Step 12: Engage with the Pet2Vet community
If you would like to get more involved with the Pet2Vet community, you can reach out to the team and explore the magazine articles and other shared resources.

Your clinic is now set up on Pet2Vet and ready to welcome clients through your new digital front door.
