These terms apply as published and are binding for your use of pet2vet. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
By creating an account or using the pet2vet service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
pet2vet is a directory and booking platform connecting pet owners with veterinary clinics, plus a personal pet-care companion (diary, reminders). pet2vet is not a veterinary service and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a licensed vet for medical decisions.
During the closed beta, the first veterinary clinics receive 1 month free access, no payment card required. After one month we send the first invoice, and continued access is subject to the published pricing; you can cancel at any time before billing starts.
You agree not to misrepresent your identity, scrape the platform, or use pet2vet to send unsolicited communications. Vet accounts must hold a valid licence to practise.
Bookings are made directly with the clinic. pet2vet facilitates the connection but is not a party to the appointment. Cancellation and rescheduling rules are set by each clinic; the cancellation link in your confirmation message is the canonical channel.
pet2vet is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Mandatory consumer protections under EU and German law are unaffected.

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, subject to mandatory consumer-protection venue rules.
